Our one-day excursion starts at the meeting point at the Cruise Terminal of the port of La Spezia… Cinque Terre awaits!

The villages on this beautiful coastline of the Italian Riviera are: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore.

Here’s a fun fact… Since 1997 they have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site!

Our tour begins from Porto Venere, a place of great inspiration for Lord Byron and many other poets who have been captivated by these views.

Before leaving us a little free time to wander down the streets of this charming village, the guide accompanying us tells us a few lovely little anecdotes.

Still in awe of the beauty around us, we continue with the excursion: a mini cruise takes us to explore the enchanting natural landscape until we arrive at Monterosso al Mare, the largest of the Cinque Terre.

Every little glimpse of this area of Liguria is pure magic – how could anybody go home without a huge smile on their face?!

The day has now drawn to a close, and we return to Levanto by train before continuing on back to the port of La Spezia by coach.
